Years of intensive planning is the back bone of our Agriculture venture. We are strictly into Organic Farming only. Our projects are at Pipli in Orissa & near Purulia in West Bengal. In an endeavor to strictly adhere to Organic Farming practices, we are consistently being over cautious in order to maintain all sorts of quality requirements by embedding quality practices within the organization. The quality standards are closely monitored at our onsite labs. We would be going in for SGS Quality Standards registration soon.
Bhanu Farm is currently cultivating 34 hectares of land Our contract farming model is picking up well.

Conducting business in compliance with the Code of conduct applicable to environmental, health & safety laws.
Create an understanding & awareness to apply & consistently improve on the best practices of Farming.
Deploy monitoring mechanism to assess the performance of the targets and achieve all quality requirements.
Equal minimum wages to all farm labors
Fixed working hours for the farm labors along including lunch break.
Health & Safety
Shelters have been created within the farm for labour to have lunch and rest.
Drinking water facility within the farm have been provided for.
Special pesticide clothing is given, while handling pesticides.
Separate clothing has been provided to farm workers during work hours.
